1.  Increase membership a net 12.

2.   Establish written procedures (SOP’s) for all major functional areas (i.e. YLC, Law and Order, ROTC Support, Boy and Girl Scouts, Adjutant).

3.  Submit two articles for publication in Officers Review

4.  Apply for Annual Region VIII Awards in PA,
BSA/GSA, ROTC and Best Chapter. 

5.  Apply for Annual National Awards in PA,
ROTC, and Law and Order.

6.  Increase average meeting attendance by net ten.

7.  Present 30 Girl Scout certificates to gold awards; 10 Boy Scout certificates to Eagle Scouts.

8.  Publish chapter 2005 – 2006 membership book.

9.  Conduct a one day Youth Leadership Conference in Fort Worth.
